Native San Diegan, Troy Merrell had the incredible opportunity to play professional soccer in Europe for a number of years. Upon his return to the states in 2001, he immediately began investing in real estate only to realize he'd also found a new passion. He became a real estate agent in 2006, marrying his passion for helping others. Troy sincerely cares about his clients, thus making him not only a pleasure to work with, but successful and respected in his industry.

Graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Cal State Long Beach
